Cody Denham 711, May 15, 2007
On May 15th, 2007 my friend Ben Ridenour and I were practicing at a track in Sedro-Woolley. My bike didn't sound that great, but I continued to ride it anyway.
About 10 minutes into a moto, I jumped a really big jump, hit a left hander, and jumped a step-on, but the bike seized on the face. I jumped over the bars and then pile drove into the face of the jump.
The crazy thing was....... that I saw the accident in de ja vue and knew it was going to break this bad. My arm looked like the jump on a track for toy dirt bikes. HaHa
I was just coming back from a broken wrist injury, when I had this crash. You can see just how bad the break was from the following pictures.
This picture was taken at the track when it happened.......

This picture was taken at the hospital, you can see the bones lying on top of each other............

I am pinned up and in a cast right now. This injury is pretty painfull and the recovery time will be about 8 weeks.
Here we are about 6 weeks into this injury, Cody still has his cast on, but is getting ready to go back into surgery to have his pins removed.
