Hello to all Top Gun Riders for 2009!

First let me THANK YOU all for being a part of our 2nd annual RitcheyRacer/Rydco Powersports Team. We had a very successful race team and TONS of fun in 2008 and we are going to top the fun in 2009. Sept. 4th - 7th 3 race format with a practice on Friday. SIGN-UP: at www.pacificracingmx.com Please make sure you choose us as your team! You have until the day of the race to sign up, but the price goes up after Aug. 28th. We would all like to congregate together in one very large camp. It is not required, but it is a lot more fun that way! Location to be determined by the first ones there, Let’s put our heads together and if you are willing to be an early bird, please let us know! Besides the racing, there are a few events that we, as a team would like to be involved in. All of these plans are to remain on the DL (down low). We need every advantage we can get! 1. The Factory Pit Award Our pit will be judged between 12 and 4 on Sunday. We will have large canopies set up together to make one large pit, with sponsor banners, in front. We would like to decorate our camp in a Western theme this year. We will need everyone’s to help make our western town a success. We would like to have 8-10 volunteers who are willing to purchase an 4 x 8 piece of plywood and decorate/paint it to resemble a building in a western scene. Email me if you are interested. I have a list of ideas that you can choose from. We will also need firewood, red/white checkered tablecloths, tumbleweeds, etc. (I am taking ideas). 2. The Goon Nationals The theme this year is “Super Heroes”, send me your ideas. We can win this too! 3. The 2nd Annual Tug O War. We are the defending champions for 2008. We can win this again. Each of the guys on last year’s 10 member team has 1st right of refusal to be on the Tug O War team again this year. I have T-shirts for the team, plus some extras for a great showing! I also have 1st place plaques for all the members from last year’s team as a token of our appreciation! Bring your gloves and your heavy tread shoes!!!!!

4. The Brandon Layton Memorial Raffle We are looking for donations or items that can be contributed to the raffle. All proceeds will be donated to a family or families that are in need of financial help due to a serious injury that was sustained during racing.

5. We will be having a Pot Luck dinner each night, after the races. If each family brings a dish, then the mom’s will have a much better time out watching the races and cheering on our team riders. This is one of the wonderful activities that will bring us closer as a team, don’t miss out on the good food, family, and friends!

6. RitcheyRacer is offering a ONE TIME TOP GUN Special. I will make personalized t-shirts and/or hoodies (w/ your name and number on the back) for everyone on our team for an extremely low low price! I will need orders to be placed as early as possible, as I have a lot of things to do in a short time! I will put RitcheyRacer, Rydco Powersports, or both on your garments! T-Shirts $12.00 Hoodies $ 25.00

7. If anyone knows of or is interested in sponsoring our team, we will place their banners and advertisements around our pits and list their name in all correspondence. Donations of any kind would be appreciated. This could also include items for The Raffle listed above. 8.
